Disc +, Disc -

I have a sport model 08. Does anyone know what the Disc + and Disc - buttons on the radio are for? I didn't get the 6 CD changer (didnt know there was one) and it doesnt seem like it does anything.

i did some looking a few months ago, and the australian version has an optional 6 disc changer that is mounted in place of the glove box. i posted it on here, but nobody knew if it was a plug and play. it is item #26. there are some kick ass items over there!

Yes it does. I hooked up a 'digital CD changer' to my HU on my base fit (sport has same port). It uses a USB flash stick with folders CD01, CD02, CD03 . . . to make the HU think its hooked up to an 11 disk CD changer. The Disk +/- buttons move the HU from folder to folder. Here's my write-up -

You can plug stuff into the CD changer port without pulling the HU. It's a HON03 standard interface IIRC. I helped another fitfreaker plug a USASPEC ipod controller into it about 3 weeks ago.
