Not 100%

I think I've heard some poeple removing the cover for the radio console. There's two or three 8 or 6mm bolts underneath the heat/air controll. Pop those out, remove cover, and you should be able to reach it from the back side. Just that easy, lol. Hope I heard right.

Its kind of a PITA to do it the way that I did, but while I was installing my footlights I had the panel under the dash off and if you shine a light up you can see all the way up to the switch so I pushed it out from underneath.

get a small pick and just stick it in between the a/c vents next to the switch.


it has to be a thin pick. then just push your pick towards the middle of the vents where it swivels and push your pick to the left and it will just pop out. then just break the old one and put in your new one.

I did it by removing the gauge cluster.

Well install it already and let us know which way was the easiest, lol. Let you do all the hard work.

through the vents is the easiest

I'm telling you, pull the panel off from under the dash and stick your arm up and push it out. You wont even need a screw driver.

DONT DO IT THREW THE VENTS!!! i did that on mine and broke one of the vents trying to prie it out that way and also skratch the dash a little bit do it from the bottom if you can get to it

i made some scratches on the vent as well..
DONT DO IT THROUGH THE VENT
i am going to try doing it from the bottom tomorrow
