You can't do it
. I checked with J's and inspected the car. There's no hardware present even if you remove the plastic covering. I'm not saying its impossible, just be prepared to do some welding and purchase the JDM seat belt hardware. The USDM seat belts were secured completely different than the JDM Fit.

The difficulty of making this part fit your car outweighs the actual benefit.
