double din head unit in!

wow i was able to put in the head unit yesterday. im a little upset, the instal kit color was off and the fitmnt is a little off. the little cut out for the airbag light is a little to big. its enough to drive me nuts.perfection is my enemy. i did a test run on the wires and i know were i will run them. i still need to figure out how to run my power wire for the amp. i ran my GPS antenna under the weather stripping in the hatch. one day when i get time i will tk pics and post them. i still need to build the glassed box and amp rack

Just order the oem piece from honda u won't have a mismatch in color and everything will be perfect fitment. There is a thread on here that a guy put together the list of parts u need to order that is oem to get a double din to fit.

I've got a new OEM Nav piece for the 09 that I ordered from Bernardi and never took out of the wrap if you want to go with KoolKevin's suggestion. It's just sitting in my office. It was $36 and some change plus shipping. I'll let it go for $20 plus ship if you're interested. I was planning to throw it in the classifieds with a couple of other things but if you need it PM me.

Because you had complaints about the match, and fitment. I was curious as I just ordered a metra and wanted to know which one made you unhappy. I'll post back in here once mine comes in about my match and fitment.
