basslink and f900bt question
basslink and f900bt question
Hi guys,
I have a pioneer f900bt that is connected to my speakers through the speaker level outputs and I would like to add the basslink to the setup. My question is can I just connect the basslink to the subwoofer output from the f900bt which is a subwoofer line-level output or do I have to splice the rear or fron speaker level outputs and connect it from there? and also If i connect through the subwoofer output I dont have to connect the remote from the basslink because I can control it form my head unit? any advice would be appreciated
Thanks

rcas and remote turn on from headunit to the basslink.
you still need remote turn on, since the rcas only send the signal for the audio, not anything that would turn on the amp in the basslink.

connect the blue wires from your headunit to your remote wire on your basslink. then hook up your rca's. and you will be straight.
right now im running on the stock unit, so i taped into a fuse for my remote wire
