Door panels - Customization?

How big a deal would it be to find someone (and co$t) to essentially re-do the door panels and 'leatherize' them? Just basic black leather...nothing exotic.

I'd really like to have full leather door panels, as well as adding some additional padding where my elbow sits.

Is this something that a custom interior shop could easily do? Anyone have even a rough ballpark idea of how much something like this would run?

if you don't get any responses try using yelp.com to research some auto shops nearby
then give them a call to see if they do interior upholstery and ask for a quote
good luck

Wasn't there a thread on something like this? The guy did his in like a black and white marble pattern. It was pretty cool. I'll see if I can find it. I know he did it all himself.

Thanks guys. I've seen some mods like this, but what I really had in mind was something much more extensive. I'd actually like to cover up pretty much the entire door panel in leather...not just the fabric section.

I see. I'm sure it can be done. Would like to see it if you get it done.
