Agree though, I like the seats
Yea I'm quite small yet muscular build, I wear 31x32 pants and medium shirts so I don't consider myself large at all.

No problem at all with my 2013 seats, very comfy as a matter of fact.

I always thought the seats were a little firm because of no height adjustments and would break in over time. The seats do not bother me since my last car was a Corolla not exactly a up scale car.

The Seats in my 2007 are garbage!!! BY FAR THE WORST SEATS I HAVE EVER SAT IN. MY SPORTBIKE SEAT IS MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THESE. I'm 5'7 and 150lbs and side bolster hits me in the ribs the seat isn't wide enough. I wear a size medium in shirts and 30/32 in pants. I'm not a big guy, and I've never had cya-tic nerve issues until I drove this car. I need new seats so bad.

My 1990 Jeep Cherokee seats were heads above this.

I'm 6'3" and about 240lbs and think the seats are pretty comfortable in my 2010.

You forgot to mention the dirt magnet material. To solve my seating and driving it took 2 inches of foam under the new seat covers, a 0.5 inch nut under the bolt at the front of the rail, and a spring on the gas pedal, plus a block of wood on the dead pedal. Now it is acceptable. I am 5'8 and 195 lbs. but I have had sciatica in the past, it wasn't the problem. The angles for comfort were missing and being used to driving for 58 yrs in American cars this one was a surprise not detected at the test drive. New 2012 Sport automatic.

I think the lack of lumbar support is what gets me on long trips in our 2011, and its not like you can do a 4 hour test drive to figure this out before you buy...

def gonna try a pillow though cuz we love the car ooh and spacers, I hadn't read that one yet

I find my seats pretty comfy even on longer drives. I learned from long rides on Motorcycles that just being able to move around a bit can help a lot.

I also found out that making things to cushy is the wrong approach and a firmer seat is actually better for the long hauls.

I have driven 20+ hours in a day in my Fit, and was totally fine. Guess they are fine for some folks, and not for others.
