rattle sound on the dash

I realized there is some rattle sound coming off the piece over the meters when I am on the rough road. Does anyone have this problem? Any idea how to fix it? thanks.

I had a bolt fall out of the dash an hit me on the foot one day. Had Honda take a look and they said that it probably was 'just an extra bolt that got left during assembly'.

This was also the day I saw a spoiler fly off the back of a brand new Honda Pilot while driving down the highway. Maybe it was the same bolt in their vehicle that was holding it down!

:-)

As for your rattle, take it to the dealer. If it is still under warrenty they will fix it.

I changed the spring. Do you think they will still take care of it?

I sometimes hear stuff rattle in the glove compartment. Check what you have in there and that may be it.

I don't think there should be a rattle in the dash no matter what springs are on the vehicle. The rattling sounds like something is loose and would probably make the same sounds if you were on stock springs.

Also, like 'TheDanger' said, check the glove box, you never know what might be making a sound in there.
