Hey everyone,

This is my first post as I am still new to the GD3 platform. I have gone through endless threads on the keyless entry and called a handful of local dealerships with part numbers only to come up empty handed (discontinued part). The only alternative I found was the Honda Element keyless system but the only issue is from what I was told at College Hills Honda was that the Element keyless entry did not need a wire harness and ours does. So my question is, has anyone developed a solution to an alternative for the keyless entry (using factory parts) since ours has been long discontinued from Honda? Or is aftermarket the only alternative? Thanks for your time!

 

A member here reported a while ago that the old part number ending in -100 has been discontinued, but replaced by a similar part number ending in -300. Or vice-versa.

 

I've called a handful of dealerships with the "300" part number and college hill Honda said the number doesn't exist and its probably a non North American honda part number and is unattainable unfortunately.
