I'd like to paint all those shiny "decorations" on the dash and steering wheel black.

(particularly the shiny chrome Honda logo on the wheel)

The things on the dash LOOK like they may be able to be popped off - anyone know if they are?

Otherwise, it will take a lot of masking, and painting on "Dip-it" black with a brush - spraying them out of the car would be easier and better looking, IMHO.

(Dip-it paint is rubbery and can be peeled off later for trade-in)
