what do you mean clean it up?? it is painted with a swirl marble kind of design on the cover
i had solid color but that was boring

clean up the edges where you cut out the inside. maybe with a dremmel tool or something.

actually in person it is smoother than looks in the pic..
i used a dremel to cut and sand the edges..i cut out the part of the cover that is in the middle where is bumpy ...
and figured this way it lets some of the heat off the manifold under the cover
