Don't forget to post pics either!
it probably would be best to drill a hole in a piece of wood, screw in the hook, then spray it.

looks neat. i might spray my hook too. i doubt i'll keep the tow hook on all the time, but when it comes time to take it to the track, i'll have a prettier looking hook.

do you have a picture of what the s2000 extender looks like?

Ask and ye shall receive... I just picked it up today and well, unpainted it looks pretty weird honestly, but i'm gonna paint it tonight and see how it looks, pics to follow. I also took a pic of the part number in case you wanted to order it. Oh, and I will definitely be at the Eibach meet, are you guys going???

Well, since I'm a broke a** college student the least I could do was add the proper new name of your intake (SSR) to my mod list on the first post!

lol im lost with the arrows pointing to tow hooks, is it like signaling someone to strap up, put your car in neutral and take off with it?

There is a point to the arrow... in DTM and J-GTC as well as various endurance races, le mans and some F1 cars need to have a visible red arrow pointing to their tow hook because when a car is on the track and has a problem it needs to be quickly taken off the track, so the hook has to be easily located. HOWEVER, I know my car isn't a race car and never will be and I know that it's not going to break down any time soon but I think it looks really cool and if I ever autocross it's there already

Thanks HotIron! I actually got the license plate specially made for me at Genesis Autosport in Ontario, CA. Although I don't recommend this license plate as the paint on it is very thin and rocks chip it easily as well as the metal is very thin. I don't like it that much and honestly really want the FIT one or the VTEC one. BUT, it will have to do for now because I can't find my CA front plate, lol.

Thanks. I'll be on the lookout for another source.

I've seen the FIT one on one of the vendors sites here. I'll have to poke around a bit and I'll edit this post with where it is available.

EDIT:

I found it. Aspec products has these. They have FIT and GD3, plus many others. They're just under $50 U.S. each. I'll have to wait a little while. Not in the budget right now.
