Man I tune for 11.0:1 on 93 in my DSM with 8.5:1 compression. And I still knock in the upper ranges sometimes. You were making good power but did you have any datalogging to watch for knock? Don't want to see this happen again on your nice new setup.

this could quite possibly be one of the most epic post ever posted on fitfreak.

ok if that post was epic then this will top that, i talked to cuningham rods in CALY and were are making custom forged rods for my motor, ill let you take that in........................................ yes i said CUSTOM FORGED RODS. with FORGED PISTONS and ARP rod bolts and ARP head studs. my fellow fit freakers were are talking about a fully build fit motor. with the turbo i have we should see about 270 or so, with a 35 shot of NOS, 300 or so and when i step it up and get a bigger turbo..... OMG the only horse power number i can give you is sillyness. this motor should take what ever i throw at it. lol i cant wait

and once Cuningham rods builds me the first set they will have all the specs to build more. so form now on there will be rods and pistons available for the l15 all at a price that wont break the bank, so hopefully we will see more then just one built fit

A tear has just rolled off the corner of my eye... I cant wait to see what the L15/HKS combo can do !!!!

Dude better yet... when you blow the doors off some unknown domestic... and the typical question of "How much hp does that thing have?" is answered that face will be PRICELESS!!!!

Keep up the good work!!
