do to time constraints i wont have rods in the motor, so with the stock rods and the new low compression Pistons from CP Pistons and some tuning, we are looking for anything around 220 Horsepower to the wheels, and as for the trans, ill tell ya in a few months heheheeeehhh

That seems like a bad idea to me... The failure point looks to me to be the RODS in your pictures. The crank journal looks shiny (admittedly can't see it very well), but you can clearly see that the rod bent and fractured, likely due to high cylinder pressures.
Torque is produced from cylinder pressures, and HP is produced by torque @ an RPM point.
I certainly don't have the motor in front of me, but from what I see I would say that it's only a matter of time before you snap a rod again. That time is gonna get exponentially shorter with every pound of boost you add.
If you're under a time constraint I could see running the stock rods, but when it throws another rod I'll have every one know I called it!

Thats not where my mind is Im thinking 270-300 your going to be doing another thread like this Tittled Who through a party in my tranny, cause theres confeiti everywhere, or where did the other half of my axel go? Cause I knew it was there when I left. But hopefully im wrong. But if the tranny and axels are strong enuff I would invest in a LSD cause you going to make mush out your tire with that kinda power

well when the stock rods go in we are gona tune it for about 150 160 for the few months im waiting for rods. we are gona play with it on the dyno just for a quick number to see, but yes i agree %110 with you that the rod was the failure and that is why i am waiting to do it right when the real rods go in is when we will turn it up and make all kinds of power
Excellent! With forged rods and pistons you should be able to shoot for the moon! Honda bearings are generally trimetal and are very good. B, D, and H series guys use them for all sorts of things from high boost applications to 9000+ rpm madness. Honda cranks are basically bulletproof, so the last missing link is gonna be the sleeves, but that shouldn't be a problem for a long while.
ok with all the back and forth, of getting rods to not getting rods, i got in contact with Pauter Rods in Cali and they are gona send me a set next day to my house, so they should be here wednsday if they ship tomorrow. so now my fellow fit freakers we ar back on track to a fully built L15 iv been doing this all day

lol yes they are. my engine builder told me straight up theses are the strongest Rods on the market. and i trust him when he makes clams like that. he is the sole builder of the motors in these two cars, so he reputation precedes him.
