OMG the only horse power number i can give you is sillyness. this motor should take what ever i throw at it. lol i cant wait

What hapened with the forged rods Josh? They want $1,000,000,000,000,000,000.035 for each one or something? Still 220 and a new engine in less than one month ain't too shabby considering your original engine went all Three Mile Island and what-not.

Why heat treat then Cryo??? I would go with Shot peen and then Cryo.... Since all you are doing is making the metal surface harder with Shot peen

And then you are slighty changing the metals properties with the Cryo... Much the same as the Heat Treatment. I would go with one or the other.

What is the stock rod made out of Carbon Steel?? How much carbon???

well they have to heat treat it to shot peen them, all the shot peen does is eliminate all the little waves and surface bumps, the theory is if theres no little surface cracks bumps high points low points or ridges, then there is no place for the rod to begin to crack, the cryo freezing freezes the rod at such and extreme fast cold temperature all the metal molecules come closer together and make the metal composition stronger, as stated before we gona sink some ARP rod studs in there to make up for the weak little 8mm bolts currently in there, getting a rod made would take over a month and cost a lot of money, down the road i will pull the engine again and do bigger rods and do a bigger turbo. but for now the shot peen and cryo proses along with ARP bolts should give me the little extra strength im looking for.
