What are you doing about axels I think the stock tranny is good for 250-300 Hp range, but im not sure about the stock axels. Are you getting a LSD cause I think you will need it. I guess the fit really is go now, you should call honda and tell them they was right, but you had to blow it up first. Kinda like the million dollar man,(we can make him better) LOL

 

Since you're doing pistons and rods, are you going to sleeve the block as well? That would be one of the final things left to do to the motor to make it bullet proof.

Axles would be a concern as well, i'm starting to think that going K20 might be a better option if I blow my motor up. I touch more reliable Unfortunately for me, there isn't really much support for engine building in my area and if there is it'll probably be 3-4x more just because it's a little more rare

 

no, no sleeving. the cylinder walls looks thick enough for what we want to do with it.

and dude build the L15, im hear to show all that is a worth wile motor to build.

 

I would be most interested to see a side by side comparo of the R15 (from the Jet-Ski) and the L15a just to see what internal modifications were made when Honda turbos the little guy. Something tells me your R&D probably mirrors theirs. Of course their budget truly is limitless LOL
