got kinda bored with photoshop tonight and decided to make a new wallpaper for my iphone. used a photo of jeffquach's car (hope you dont mind) and threw the fitfreak.net logo on (also hope you dont mind).
i also put a little extra something on there for when you go to unlock the phone. ATTACK!

uhh.. im guessing you mean can it be used with a jailbroken phone?? if so idk lol i just put the pic in my phone and used it as a wallpaper, so it only works when the phone needs to be unlocked.

 

Ohhhh gotcha I was thought the domo slider and fit logo on top could only be done with a jail broken phone, but idk I only have a touch

thats why chupa was askin if u uploaded it to cydia so we can download it and put up using winterboard? it looks rly goood i want the fit logo on top. i wuld so wana do my own themes for my iphone jus havent gotten around to tryin it

 

I havnt jailbroken my phone yet.. Not sure if I want to.. I hear that it can brick you're phone if you get a bad jailbreak.. Well I'm pretty good with Photoshop so I could probaby make themes if I have layouts

 

Layouts are easy in PS... I do it all of the time. The nice thing about Jailbreaking is you can move most of the icons off of your Home screen (move them over a screen), and have an image in the background all of the time. I do it, have for awhile, no danger, it's great!

Follow the directions, information and instructions (including backing up properly, etc.) on the website I'm providing -- Jailbreak (Winterboard/Cydia) -- and you're set. It really is easy as long as you read instructions for breaking/installing. Trust me, if it were dangerous I wouldn't be doing it. Been doing it for close to 2 years now without any problems at all!

I temporarily lost a few images on my iPhone on one update. But that was my problem for trying to take a boneheaded shortcut on the install/update process, and not backing-up my iPhone's contents beforehand. Even at that, I recovered everything safely.

Let me stress again though... read and follow directions carefully. Know what you're doing (have no doubts) when following those directions, and you will not have problems!

My iPhone is a complete device now... without Apple's sometimes restrictive, sometimes petty limitations. I've never looked back after doing it... and can't imagine my iPhone without it now.

Thanks man! I'll do it tonight when I get home.. Approximately how long would you say the whole process should take? And are there like tutorials on how to make the themes for cydia? I know I can take screen shots and use them to see where certain things can go but just curious about tutorials.. Anything?

i dont know how to do the whole cydia thing but i can make a wallpaper for youre iphone for the unlock screen. anything in particular that you wanted on it? words? icons?

the easiest way ive found to put thesee on your phone is to email them to yourself if ur iphone is hooked up to ur email, then just save it and set as wallpaper. the second one is made to line up the black border with the border of the bottom section.
