Just wanna share my experience..
I bought a sleeve-type coilover for my Civic Coupe and it didnt live up to my expectation. The ride's bumpy and quite noisy. It's a nightmare when it comes to hard cornering. I think it's only good for show and city driving.

Stop being cheap.
You're about to cut-corners prior to your K20 swap (which I don't understand, because the K20 swap costs more than a few bones). Your suspension is more important than your engine with that particular swap.
Sorry to be so harsh, but the reality is, you're putting a heavy-ass engine in car and it barely fits. If you get some no-name more-than-likely-knock-off suspension upgrades that have little-to-no R&D put in them, you're telling everyone you want to f' up your car. Save your money and buy a decent set, so you don't have to do it twice, plus risk damaging your car. Make sure to research what other K-swaps are using and find someone knowledgable who can point you in the right direction so you don't turn your Fit into one of dem derr old V8 Detroit muscle car boys (*ahem*...V8s are sweet....just don't try to turn....hehe...).
Here's your problem:

K20 is pretty heavy for Jazz/Fit chassis.
with cheap suspension..I dont think the car will hold
Yours would be good advice, except for the word "always". Absolutely, positively NOT TRUE. Today when you pay a premium price, you are just as likely to get crap as you are to get something worth the premium. Just look at K&N's price for their Fit SRI. The lower priced Fujita is the better product.
Even Mugen had issues with their's. They said the car wouldn't turn worth a damn. If it was bad with their knowledge, how bad do you think it'd be with some cheap-ass coilovers? It's a toss up, but if it were my own car, it's not a risk I'd be willing to take.
