Mine rear doesn't really produce any sound. I mostly get odd ? ? wtf noises from my front, rear is pretty quiet. I'm just more worried about how safe it is. I would feel a lot better if some fit members running stock noticed the same thing but we're both running on skunk2 pro c coilovers. So I'm guessing you never got it welded? Sigh what to do I don't want my car to be unsafe I drive around with my gf in it all the time x_x

just get the shop to weld around that cup cause it looks like there is some metal fatigue around that cup. tell them the use tig to minimize heat distortion.

In the underside pictures it looks like they put the cup in from above with a metal flange that was rolled into the shape of the hole in the unibody by a mandrel. This rather than being welded in place, which would be tricky, even for ASIMO. If that is the case then I would expect a few years of being hammered by your extreme lowness might fatigue that rolled edge enough to leak. I'm with Matt, Manx, and Tyler on this one, if you have welder next door get them to seam weld it (TIG of course) ASAP. Your Extreme Lowness sounds like an honorary title, kinda like, The Grand Poobaah. (ie And now his Extreme Lowness will speak!)
