I had a similar issue and fixed it.
Have you grease up your suspension before putting it on? Also it could be a possible endlink issue as well. I suggest you go back there and torque everything to spec.

haha, well that doesn't really help him.
i'd check the rear springs and how they're seated (if they're hitting or knocking on anything), there isn't really much else that moves back there. springs, and dampers.

haha I guess but like you mention about how the springs are sitting he could at least retorque everything back there.

Lift the Fit up until the tires are off the ground, then check to see of there's any noise.
Then there's the less obvious question... Are the things in your trunk secure? Spare tire, jack and tools?
