Unhappy ultra racing 4pt rear bar clearance problem

I went to install my ultra racing 4pt rear bar today on my gd3 and my exhaust is in the way. I have a ASPEC mid pipe. The mounting flange is about an inch away from the under body when it hits the exhaust Any one else ever have this issue before?

I still have the OEM exhaust...so, no. I have the T1R exhaust system that I still have not installed, so I still might have a problem.

I ended up solving the problem by installing a spacer between the bar and my chasis at the 2 rear mounting locations
