Hey guys I'm looking to budget for some coilovers. What's currently hot out there? Best bang for the buck and quality spring rates and adjustability

If price is not an issue there are suspension like Tein street, BC Racing, T1R B52s....etc.

Best bang for the money, I will suggest you on the T1R Basics, here's come info for you !

Why cheap coilovers? Just do a lowering spring on OEM shocks until you can save up for something better. Or, just save up for something better.
