Hi everyone,

I am new to the forum, and we just bought a 1-owner 2010 Revolution Orange Fit Sport 5-speed with 96k on the clock for my wife. We have owned a 2007 Fit since new, and it has been a great car as a daily throughout her college days. However, with the GE8 we are looking to get her into autoX, and she is learning to drive a 5 speed for the first time.

She is getting excited about modding the car, so hopefully this will get her into racing and cars a bit more . The day after buying it, we had 20% tint installed and we have a set of Work Emotion 11r in matte bronze on the way.

All that said, after she has done an autoX or two on the stock stuff, when it comes time to upgrade suspension, what would you guys recommend for a daily driven car that sees some autoX time and possibly track days in the future? I have read great things about the HTS/Swift combo, but are there coilovers on the market that will give a better ride and performance for the money? We're thinking low $1000 range for the setup when the time comes.

Keep in mind, this will not be something that we are trying to compete for championships with, so it doesn't matter if we get bumped to another class or something. I just want her to be able to be involved in modding it and seeing the improvements from her efforts.
