I drive a JDM GD3 and it already has rear disc brakes from factory. I noticed the brakes are sticking because when I'm on a hill and the handbrake is down, the car doesn't roll

The rotors and pads aren't destroyed... YET. Should I rebuild the brakes or do I upgrade them?

If upgrading, what options do I have? I've seen someone on Instagram using GE brakes for their GD, allowing the use of bigger rotors/discs. Anyone know how its done?
