I don't have any picture of the blue set up. It'll be the same thing just super blue.

I like the dome lights, do these panels have any type of voltage regulator? or are they basically just LEDs with a heatsink, wires and an adaptor for the bulb socket?

These have a chip to regulate voltage and if your talking about the JD ones then yes it has a heatsink. It comes with adapters for Fits. The regular ones don't need heatsinks because they don't produce lots of heat.
