Honda fit base

I HAVE A HONDA FIT WITH TIRES THAT ARE 175/55/16 I want a taller tire less rim we have a lot of potholes in Michigan any recommendations for sizes!!! I'm worried about taking out my car in a hole.

I don't think you can't fit a 14" wheel, but you could get a wider/ taller tire.
