Can I reduce the cost of a traffic ticket in court
Hi Guys,
I live in NJ with no prior offenses in the last 4 years. I was caught going 59 in a 45 zone. I usually stick to the speed limit, so this was a rare mistake. I have heard that some people manage to lower the fine by negotiating or providing evidence. Has anyone done this before? Is it worth going to court to try for a reduction? NJMCDirect
