YES! If you are lowered it will ALOT, even if your not lowered it probaly will. Are you lowered? Im lowered and have 15x6.5 +35 on stock's and rubbed like mad till i modded it to stop the rubbing.
See this thread to see how i fixed my rubbing, it may help you aswell-

Ahh, crap. See, sportmax just came out with 513's which look like panasports. They have a big lip and I knew 0 offset would require rolling the fenders but I thought 15 offset would be ok. I guess not. I'm not lowered yet. But yeah, I'll check that out. Thanks man.

you will rub. do the fender liner trick. DO NOT PULL YOUR FENDERS! you'll need to run some negative camber to use those rims.

Why? Pulling the fenders is whats needed. Negative camber isnt enough....

I right now am running 15x6 with a +15mm offset. My fenders are rolled and pulled AND Im running negative camber up front. I still rub. Also my tires are smaller than stock.

So, as said above youll rub.

Yes, i agree.
Ive said it before and ill say it again, even if you pull them the slightest amount it makes a rather substantial diffrence in how much you are rubbing.

Theres rolling and pulling remember. Rolling is normally the inner lip getting rolled flat. Pulling stretches the fender outward. If done right you can make your own little lip.

My front fenders are pulled, rear 1/4's are rolled. I dont rub much compared to my old wheels but I still rub.

Offset on the ITR's is +50mm. Adapters bring them to +15mm.
Theyre 15x6in.

Only when in hard turns up front. The rears over large bumps and dips, or big inclines.
Keep in mind what I did to run my old wheels. Running on this offset is a breeze.

You putting my wheels on your car would be rub city.

Haha no dont worry Ray im not thinking of getting ITR's lol.
Im just intrested in how bad 15's with +15 rub. Sounds pretty bad.
I think the lowest ill ever go is what im rolling now, +35. Im so much happier when i drive now that it doesnt rub lol.

Well guys, thanks for the quick answers. I guess I will just get something closer to stock I was really wanting to do something like VIP deep dish style but I'm about to head off to college and don't have the time or money to mess with that stuff. I think I'll get some konig megarace (mugen nr knockoffs.) Damn the fit lol. It seems that we have a hard time running low offsets but the scion xb's are running like freakin -10 offsets and crazy 4" wide lips. I have yet to see a fit like that.

when i had 15" it was just 15x7 25+ guard were unrolled, i couldnt even drive soundly withouth the tyres being grated by the rear fender. +15 basically having the lip of the wheel inline with the fender. looks nice though!!, so long u dont get a baloon tyres.

i had the rear trimmed so that my 15x7 +38 offset rims with 205/50/15 would not rub

the trimming cost 100 dollars and they took off 12mm of material
