35 offset

i'm looking into getting a 16x7.5 wheel but it comes in a 35 offset... I know some of you guys are running lower offsets, would like some input if any. Right now it's stock height, but i'm planning on using either skunk2 or sprint springs, but am thinking that if it's too low, i may have to use coil-overs. a little help for a fit newbie...

sprint springs will make you rub with 7.5x35 offset.

if you feel like jacking with your fenders then it would rub less

even with 16x7 35 offset my car rubs every now and then with untouched fenders

word. i was looking at those before i got the konig remembers.

but i dont want to jack with the fenders. i still need the INGS camber kit for the front cause the passenger side never cambered in far enough so it rubs sometimes and on steep slopes going up or down the back rubs

Why are people worried about rubbing? Put the wheels on the car, see what needs to be done.
Its not a big deal.

Those wheels are damn nice. I wouldnt color match them.

The front doesnt make noise. And if it does make noise its the fender lining. Remove the clips and tuck it up past the fender lip. And the noise it does make is nothing compared to the rear. The rear only makes noise as its sturdy. The front fenders just move and flex as it rubs.

My front fenders didnt make any noise when I was on the meshies with a +0 offset. Thats how my fenders ended up they way they are. I knew they rubbed but there was no noise so I didnt worry about it. One day I hit a bump while turning and it ripped my fender.

And Ryan, with your size and offset all you would need to do is roll the front fenders a tad. Youll be good.
My 215/40/16's barely rubbed.

Well, right now Im on Skunk2 coilovers. Before I was on T1R v1 springs.
This is what Id do to minimize rubbing.

195/45/16's or even 195/40/16's. Ingalls camber bolts and you should be good.
Slight rubbing in the rear isnt bad. If it happens bend the rear 1/4 pinch points.
I beat mine flat with a hammer.
