First timer looking for new tires

I have a 2007 Fit Sport and I'm just about overdue for some new tires since the stock Dunlops are pretty much all bald. A quick search on Tire Rack for a good all-season turned up Kumho Ecsta LX Platinums as being a good choice. Since I don't know anything about tires really, I was just going to go ahead and get them but thought I should try to get another opinion first.

Anyone have the Kumho's, or can recommend another better tire for that price range? I basically do 50/50 city and highway driving, would like something that will last awhile and that has decent snow traction (I'm in Baltimore and we're still dealing with this post-blizzard crap).

Thanks!

That's what I just ordered. I already racked up over 40k and have little bump on one of the side of the tire, so I ordered the Kumho Escta LX Platinum.

Check on ebay, I found them cheaper than tirerack and some offer free shipping. Also look for the reviews of the tires that you're buying before you make your decision.
