Rota Boosts

Rota Boosts
hey guys,
i just need a little help with buying new wheels, because i'm a bit lost when it comes to rims, and offsets, and such. i want to put bidgestone Re760sport's 205/40/17s on rota boosts but beyond that i have no idea what offsets and other stuff to factor in. Instead of trial and error i thought i'd better ask the experts in this section of the forum for help instead. i prefer no rubbing at all unless under extreame corning or loads. So could someone just point me in the right direction by letting me know exactly which existing offset i should be getting for this particular rim and tire size? Is this size even rubbing avoidable? any positive advise would be greatly appriciated. I REALLY want to hit the order button, but i'm also really not sure if i'd be buying the right size rim for the tires.

+45 is safe, but at that smaller overall diameter than stock (205/40), people seem to squeak by a lower offset than that, like down to +38 or even lower. If you went with 205/45s, I'm almost positive you'd be stuck at +45.
edit: Nevermind this edit - Rota only seems to make 16s in a 6.5" width. I was going to suggest that width to save some weight and reduce the rubbing risk.
