GB on Xenith Xenon HID
Well I'm sorry to hear you say that. A series of unfortunate events had led to the delays in the processing of your refund, but it has been done already. Also, there has only been one occasion where I told you the refund was issued, and that was when I received your e-mail on my trip. I told you that it was issued with our new CC processing page but we’ve actually had another customer who did not receive a refund when we processed it through there. I believe there are still some bugs to fix, so once I got back to the office I issued the refund manually through the website of our merchant processor. You should have received an e-mail copy of the refund receipt.
As for your comment on shipping the lights, of course it never happened, you didn't want the lights anymore. The day you requested a refund was the day all of the GB members had their lights shipped. We're not in the business of giving people the run around or lying. If anything, this whole situation was the result of a faulty process and our inattention to the refund going through. However, as soon as you got in contact with me, I made sure to take care of your situation, even when I was away on a trip with my Blackberry as my only source of communication.

Sorry my mistake, once I was told about the refund, and once I was told the order was cancelled (which under normal circumstances would include being refunded without having to ask, for an item I was charged for but was never shipped - another poor business practice). Numerous times it was said initially the lights were shipping, which never happened. And I know they were never shipped because I told you to cancel the order. After all the delays and promises of lights being ready to ship, and then not being shipped, I no longer wanted to deal with this. I could only imagine what would happen under a warranty replacement if getting the initial kit was this much of a hassle. And for the record still no email confirmation about a refund. I quote, " faulty process and our inattention to the refund going through" is not my problem. If you cant deliver on a sale in a timely fashion get out of the business.

It went well thanks!!! I do have a question though, I had the 3000K for my fog lights. It does come out yellow but if you look at the light, it does not look yellow well like pure yellow. Is that normal?

Hi guys,
LaoSiFu: Sent you a reply, thanks.
trancedsailor: Replacing the bulb with another halogen bulb is simple because you don't have to find a place to mount the ballast or anything. But a lot of people like the look of the HIDs and don't mind having to mount the ballast because they already got the assembly open.

where do most people mount the ballast for the H11? I'm asking because my retrofits are coming and while the bumper is off I want to knock out everything HID and horn replacement.
How much are your 3000k H11s?

I'm not sure because I've never installed lights in a Fit, but if you do search there is a great DIY guide on the forums somewhere. Our H11 3000K's are $115 shipped after our holiday discount.
