Same here, "processing", also paid the day I got the code. I know a bunch of you guys have had great experience with this company, but this to me is not a good start considering I paid 2 1/2 weeks ago.

i would like to buy another kit from them for a friend but if it going to take a month to get them then im not sure i want to. even though their a good deal.

Email sent to cancel order. Calling credit card company tomorrow to dispute. Busy or not, if you are running a business this is no way to keep/obtain customers. I could have had a set elsewhere installed 10x by now for how long this has taken. Funny how the site and in threads here the boast of customer service is plastered all over.

Did u try to PM the seller? I can't imagine they have time to troll forums all day. Try calling them or something?

They sure had time to be here when they first promoted themselves. They have a website that shows I paid for the item, I should not have to keep after them to send me what I paid for.

and on other forums when i was checking them out, they have not had as much problems as we have, all their stuff was shipped out in like a few days. what would make it take this long? anybody else get theirs besides reako?

Not a problem. Any sort of "delay" in our shipping is something that is usually out of our control.

I remember telling everyone that we had a few inventory problems with the Bi-xenon setups and we had to order them for you guys. Problem was, the package was lost by DHL almost 2-3 weeks ago and during that time period, our manufacturer went a break. We recently placed another order last week (and had it shipped via UPS) and it just got to our warehouse yesterday. We spent all day organizing the lights and prepping orders and got a few out before the 5PM cutoff at our USPS dropoff area. We got a few more prepped here and ready to go so no worries, we got your lights here securely, they aren't going anywhere.

Again, I appreciate everyone who has been patient with me and my company. We're not here to stress you guys with the waiting... it really sucks to hear when a customer is unsatisfied. We do our best to get orders processed and shipped asap but there are always going to be inevitable delays. We're going to do a better job of making sure our inventory can match the demand though, that's for sure. The holiday sale put a strain on our current inventory but we're going to be making changes.
