Email sent to cancel order. Calling credit card company tomorrow to dispute. Busy or not, if you are running a business this is no way to keep/obtain customers. I could have had a set elsewhere installed 10x by now for how long this has taken. Funny how the site and in threads here the boast of customer service is plastered all over.

and on other forums when i was checking them out, they have not had as much problems as we have, all their stuff was shipped out in like a few days. what would make it take this long? anybody else get theirs besides reako?

Yeah someone said it, don't have time to be keeping up with the threads all day. Plus, this GB was organized by azncarbos and we're just backing him with the inventory.
Anyway, if you want to cancel your order, that is perfectly fine with us. Please send an e-mail to sales@xenithxenons.com with your full name and order # and a refund will be issued promptly. If you aren't satisfied with the wait time, we don't want you to keep your order.
For those who are interested in keeping their order active, all tracking #'s will be issued tonight or tomorrow night. Yes, that means they are shipping out this week. For those of you who have been patient with us, we thank you for your consideration and understanding. For those who haven't, like I said, a refund is an e-mail away.

Thank you for the update thats all i wanted. oh and i sent you an email like 5 seconds ago asking for updates. i want to go with your company! I like all the reviews and support people are saying about you guys, im willing to wait a little longer i just hope they ship this time when you say they will. thanks again.
I remember telling everyone that we had a few inventory problems with the Bi-xenon setups and we had to order them for you guys. Problem was, the package was lost by DHL almost 2-3 weeks ago and during that time period, our manufacturer went a break. We recently placed another order last week (and had it shipped via UPS) and it just got to our warehouse yesterday. We spent all day organizing the lights and prepping orders and got a few out before the 5PM cutoff at our USPS dropoff area. We got a few more prepped here and ready to go so no worries, we got your lights here securely, they aren't going anywhere.
Again, I appreciate everyone who has been patient with me and my company. We're not here to stress you guys with the waiting... it really sucks to hear when a customer is unsatisfied. We do our best to get orders processed and shipped asap but there are always going to be inevitable delays. We're going to do a better job of making sure our inventory can match the demand though, that's for sure. The holiday sale put a strain on our current inventory but we're going to be making changes.
