Oh, and at the next door Honda dealer, which is supposedly the largest Honda dealer in the world, they had 8, count 'em, EIGHT Fit Sports, all AT, one in each color! So I got to see all 8 colors side by side!

I gotta say, they all looked amazing. Oddly enough, my black color was the dullest, but the Tidewater looked very very interesting, the orange color was striking and I just love the Blackberry. I wish my dad would hurry up and pick one up.

No Scions up here in Canada so that was never an option. Well, frankly, though I did research other models, I was pretty much set on the Fit from the get go (due to reliability/resale value/fuel economy)....

Closing in on 1000 posts! Woohoo..."Someone who spends here life on Fitfreak", here I come!

So do you have enough orders in to send out for printing yet? Pufferfit Junior is getting lonely. Blue dot emblem has an attitude, apparently.

Oh and my WeatherTech liners are due in this Friday BUT I can't pick these up until Monday due to visitors coming in from out of town/province/country. By the time I do pick these up, there will be an extra 20 cm (minimum) of snow on the ground....

Waiting isn't my forte

Well my dealership here in Sudbury Ontario got 7 in their first shipment: 2 reds, 1 white, 1 black, 1 Tidewater, 1 silver, and my Orange Revolution. Only color they didn't have was the Blue Sensation which I saw at a dealership in Southern Ontario. So I haven't seen the Blackberry in person yet, but it does seem like a very intriguing color!

I was looking for somewhat practical for my 5 months of winter so wanted a color that would look ok covered in a white layer of salt. It's a reality around here, no matter how many visits to a car wash! Finding my orange revolution an excellent choice though the Tidewater would have been even better. Sigh...yes, "my" originally ordered Tidewater LX is still at my dealership, being used as a demo car.

No ****.

I have many orders and just waiting for several funds to clear. In the words of Obi Wan Kenobi, "Patience, my young Padawan."

Why don't you take the ruined 5.5" and temporarily stick it near your PufferFit Jr., that way it won't be so lonely?

We'll see who gets to 1,000 posts first, hehe. 17 rep power still, though.

Stick it on with what? Gasp...tape? Not on the Pumpkin Mister! Oh I'll just wait here patiently.
:hy per:

Yeah, no love from our fellow FitFreakers! Guess they're waiting to get their orders to figure out if they're thankful for this grand scheme...

Just "for the record", didn't the young Padawan (aka Anakin Skywalker aka Darth Vader) eventually wack Obi Wan since he lost patience with him? Just saying...

Yes, so you see, patience is evil. Impatience leads to fear. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to the dark side! Buhaa haa haa!

Whatever... Think you meant "patience is GOOD" oh wise Master. This is exactly why Obi Wan got wacked you know.

Back on topic...does ANYONE have any questions/comments on Pufferfit? Seriously, no one else posted here about the decals except for 3 other forum members.

I got a question. How does the 5.5" decal look on the fuel door.

Thanks.

I think the 5.5" extends beyond the door. I'll have to double check. Anyway, I CAN make the size a little smaller to a, ahem....fit.

Hey can you try Photoshoping it onto my car? I have the picture of my gas door with the 2.5" size on it, so can you manipulate that image? Darn, I don't have my defunct 5.5" one here or I could at least see if it fits on the gas door.

Also, would you put this on with the white background or cut it out, as I did? If you remove the white "halo", then I think that the 5.5" size would fit...

Yes, I think you're right. I think if the white were cut out it would squeeze in. I remember actually taking a 5.5 and putting it on top of the fuel door and easily saw that it doesn't fit. But like I mentioned earlier, I CAN reduce the size to fit if requested.

For all those who put in their orders, we're just waiting for funds to clear and off they go to print! Shouldn't take long.

I will keep you updated.

Just FYI, supposedly PayPal needs 7-9 business days for funds to clear.

Oh oh...I suppose everyone else payed you via PayPal, right? Well, maybe I'll get shipment #2 by Christmas. Can you apply the adhesive decals (cut) when it is REALLY cold out (like, -20s Celcius)? Whatever, mine is going on the minute it arrives so I'll just have to hope for the best!

Pufferfit Junior is holding up quite well despite the snow/salt/road grime. I wipe him down everytime I go to my car and it makes me smile everytime. Well that and seing him next to my blue dot....

Glad Jr. cheers you up!

I'm sure JM Graphics can answer your cold question the best, but my idea is if you can run a hair dryer on the area where you intend to apply the sticker first, that should help, if anything.

Knowing my luck, at -20ish Celcius the heating up of my rear window with make it crack! Best to not even attempt that. I think as long as the area is very clean, it should be ok.

Yeah, Pufferfit Junior rocks! Trying to forget about the tragedy with Senior....
