Haha, no problem guys. I've always been involved with racing either on the organizing side or the aspiration side, and I've worked for some legit companies in the industry like Apex-i. In my past I've been luckier than most in the opportunities I've had and I'm glad to give back a little.

Well we hit 12 spots so it was made clear a few times that the deposit would be non-refundable. One guy gets let off the hook and then everyone drops out and then Apex-i will never deal with me on anything again and I ain't having that. Expect to make final payments to Apex-i tomorrow.

 

just say the word, I'm ready to get these on the fit!

That is the way it should be, especially since you stated this in the original post. This way the rest of us don't get screwed if people back out. I'll be sending my payment once the details are released tomorrow.

Just to clarify, I totally agree. We knew what we were getting into, and it wouldnt be fair to everyone else. Completely backing out is not an option.

HOWEVER, if there is a person who could immediately fill a spot and/or take over someone's payment, I would not be totally against it. But ONLY if that is the case. Jastone should have to pay up so we dont get screwed (cuz i want my effin coilovers), but if him and a 13th person can work out a deal to make it work, i dont think that should be a problem.

I think the only way this would really work is if the 13th person: hatchpat paid JaStonE the 100 deposit and then hatchpat worked with Apex-i for the balance and the name was changed on the list. Obviously it was be way less complicated this way and Mutem would not have to do anything with the money currently in hand.

Just my thoughts. And I dont think JaStonE would just back out, as he said he will follow through if necessary.

 

Im very sorry guys but i have to back out. I was just diagnosed with fibrosarcoma, and my insurance isnt paying fully for the treatment. I will be contacting hatchpat, but once again guys this came totally out of nowhere.
