For the side skirts, we were talking about it being similar in thickness. The angles would flow from the front to match the front lip to the rear to match the rear bumper that slightly angles outward a bit. Overall, a simple side skirt that would accentuate the stock body lines and just add a bit of girth to the bottom of our cars.

lip looks legit, shits on the sport bumper lip. something like that on the sport bumper would be a definite buy.

You can check out his website at JDP Engineering :: Home -- "Design & Innovation with Precision"
actually the 2012 sport model front bumper is quite different and the current jdp offered lip will not work with it.

Personally this base lip is pretty awesome and Im pretty jealous Im not going to lie! I wasn't too fond of the sport lip and this is sexy, congrats for you guys who stuck it out!

WOW. Very nicely done. I want one but I would rip it off or grind it down in a week the way the roads are around here. I dropped my base with Eiback Pro Kit a modest 1.4" F and 1.6" R and scrape all over as it is!

I still want one though. Sick.

Jamy - I still can't see any pics in your post.

Sorry, I didn't take any pics from further back. Further away, it looks like the pre-carbon pics since you can't tell it's CF with my camera phone from a further distance. Right now, my whole bumper is with JDP.

The lip sticks out about as far as the bumper itself, so it isn't too far out. Though, the corners is likely where it would scrape if you're really low. However, all my cars prior to my Fit have been lowered and while I've scraped at times, I've never destroyed my lips (though while in the car, the scraping sounds like I'm shredding it to pieces).

I'll take more pics when I get the bumper back and everything back together.

I wanted to keep you guys updated with the progress.

So far John is going to do some tweaks and he will doing a final fitment on JSR's bumper this week. If it's a dead on fitment, he will start mass producing it for us.

The ETA on seeing these cf lip would be really soon. He will be able to make to 2~3 of the lip each week. As he makes them he will also be shipping each one that are completed.

The ETA for completing all 10 lips is roughly around 3~4 weeks from the time the final fitmenting is to his liking.

If there is anyone still interested in getting one, please let me know and we can make it happen for you.

I will keep you posted if I hear anything else.
