I spoke with JDP Engineering today about a carbon front lip for the Base model GE. He is willing to make the lip if a minimum of 10 people are interested. Cost would be about the same as their sport model lip. I'm in for one. If you're interested, please post your interest here.

The sport one was around $260-300 depending on shipping. Lets keep this going and spread the word to gain some momentum.

 

Does JDP have a proposed design? It may gather more interest if people can see what they are committing to.

The design will be similar to the Sport version, but made to fit the base bumper curves. I'll post a pic of the sport lip when I get home.

I've actually been seeing more base Fits than sports lately, but I guess those who plan to mod get the Sport. I got the base since I figured I didn't the stock wheels and could use the money to get parts I wanted instead.

I dont know how many people actually have base fits though...seems to be very frw and far between

 

Yea, definitely more sports than base around here lol. Would love a JDP lip for my base GE tho
