He always replies to my emails promptly. Maybe because I'm not an annoying customer. I ask simple questions and pay when I'm ready. I don't drag it out.

i don't know what's so difficult in emailing john. i emailed him for the duckbill ge spoiler and he had it in my house less than a week later. i can imagine calling would be much easier.
