Loose rear passenger side seat

Anyone else have/had this? Noticed while someone in rear passenger seat on turns it makes a noise. It appears that some one or both of the bolts holding it in have play or are loose? Should I attempt to torque or take it to dealer?
It's still under warranty.
Thanks.

second one here..no matter how heavy/lightweigh the person is, it always makes that rattling sound...its on my rear right seat..
ive never tried adjusting bolts, but in my opinion, thats what it is.
Although, have you seen what holds the rear seats(the sitting part)?? its a tube that seems way too weak to hold people, and in my opinion, thats what makes the noise.

Anyways, as soon as i deal with it, ill post again to say results, if any.

Ok third but I found two things i have oneside that rattles if I tilt that side back and securely liftup on the latch it firmly grips and the seat doesn't rattle.Since the rattle stopped in that position,I just stop worriying about it,and haven't brought it to the dealer attention. But until I got it to stop it drovr me crazy

Mine is when you put seat up and move side to side. The inner most bolt seems to have play. I'm not touching it because if it's stripped or I don't torque it right then I'm screwed when I take to dealer.

Well, here's the dealer conclusion. Their new vehicle has the same play in it as my 1.5 year old car. The seat is wielded to the floor. The anchor bushings were greased along with the lock striker on the floor. I observed some flexing of the inner most anchor attached to body. I indicated there were bolts on the anchors but they stated it would control the forward and backward motion not side to side. I'm somewhat satisfied and will keep an eye on it. Let me know if you guys get something else if you ever get around to it.
Thanks.
