Short Shifter Questions

I'm new here - hate typing- so here goes. Where can I find , how do I install and do they work - short shifter for my 08 fit?

Do a search up in the search bar for 'Short Shifter", it will be very helpfull!
Skunk 2 makes a great one, go down to the Skunk 2 section and you will find it.
