wheel Bearing hub

I got my 2002 Honda Fit on 2003, now is the question:
I need to change the rear wheel bearing hub, and I'm plan to buy it from US, just for one reason. is cheaper than here in Dominican Republic.
Ok now is the Japan version Fit and USA version FIT use the same rear wheel bearing hub, and the spindle?

thanks..

I don't know if anyone here can answer accurately. There is a three year age difference between your car, and the OLDEST U.S. Fit. Even if you buy the hubs from a U.S. vendor who will accept them back if they don't fit, your shipping costs going both ways will be more than the price difference from buying the RIGHT parts the first time from a Dominican vendor/dealer/parts store.

Good luck!
