So i just installed my Voltage Stabilizer...

And i notice no difference... maybe i bought a bum one?

voltage stabilizers don't do anything. sorry.

when i had my nissan xtrail i was monitoring my voltage with a volt gauge every time my bass hit hard it would dip from 13.9 all the way to 12.4 or lower.

with the voltage stabilizer it wouldnt drop as drasticly 13.9 to 12.8 or 7 ish

performance wise it did f**k all for me

damn you guys for not answering me the other day when i posted about getting one lol... i wasted like 58 bucks =\ buuuut i can say i have a JUN performance part lol

Better question is what exactly were you expecting it to do? If you were expecting more power, then no it's not gonna do that. Smoother idle and better throttle response at higher rpms, plus a minor increase in torque in the mid-range, that's more realistic.

for better idle at higher rpm
grounding wires will do the trick
larger wire to the throttle body will work
did it on my xtrail and idle was smoother, and throttle response was better

But this is the FIT and the TB is insulated from any metal intake so it has it's own ground wire built in so adding an external ground wire will do nothing that isn't already being done by the ground wire it has built in.

if your car is idling at high rpm, then you have bigger problems than a voltage stabilizer...
