hid with halogen high beam

hid with halogen high beam

i just got a set of hid with halogen high beams. everything works fine but the high beam, when i plug in the high beam prong it stays on with the hid and doesnt turn off. can anyone help me here. do i need a relay harness???

i got the same setup.. i had a problem with mine but i flipped the harness on the balast and everything worked fine after...

no prob... if ur harnesses are plug n play then the main line should be the only worry.. other then that try it high beams only and see if they turn off with lows on.. u shouldn't need a relay it could be a fuse or a short as well...

when i have the hig beam pluged in it stays on with the HID but when i high beam it, it turns off the hid and keep the high beam on
