Exclamation Weird Noise

hey guys, i have a 2006 fit aria/city i-dsi M/T. i just brought it to the dealer for the 1000km check up a few weeks ago. a week after the check up, i started hearing some weird clicking noises somewhere under the center console in normal road conditions and sometimes when going through some speed bumps you can also feel the clicking when you hold on to the hand brake, i took it back to my dealer and it seems that they were not able to determine the cause and told me that they removed the center console and adjusted the under carriage bolts. from my knowledge, i think there aren't any mechanical parts under the console right? has any of you had the same experience with your fit? your thoughts on this issue please, im worried about my car since this is my first new car also, my airconditioner blower fluctuates when you put it in blower 2,3, and 4 the dealer said that this is normal? thank you!

Blower dial has cable behind it that attaches behind the glove box this may need adjusting for your fan/air con issue. Does the dial rotate freely and through the full range of movement. I know when I've had the dials off to get behind the stereo head unit its a bugger to get the cables attached to just the right position for the dials to work properly again.

As for noise has your handbrake been properly adjusted as have read instances of noise from loose handbrake cable though don't know wether that would cause a clicking noise.

@b17gsr
i wish that was the only problem with the weird noise but coins are rarely used in the philippines since it has so little value. thanks!

@vividjazz
thanks for the info but the handbrake was already adjusted and the dials are doing ok. im still insisting on another check up since the noise is still there from time to time and the aircon is really abnormal. the manufacturer of the aircon is keihin and they also said that this is normal but i've tried other citys and theirs run normal throughout the blower range. thanks!

I own 2008 Fit US Model. Ive been noticing a strange clicking sound coming from the dash/ gauges area. On rough roads its very noticable. It sounds internal. Anyone else having this problem?

the cables for the hvac are not for the fan blower speed-- thats the only knob thats electrical... its prolly just a voltage flux, or engine speed and "burden" if you will... depending on the driving condition

I found a very annoying clicking/rattle under the front passenger seat of my 2010 Fit. It sounded like it was in the dash or glove or engine compartment and drove me crazy for a while, until I noticed that when I pushed down with my hand on the empty passenger seat while driving the noise disappeared! -Seems the bolts that hold the seat frame to the floor sometimes work loose and rattle inside their metal holes. (You can only hear it when the seat is empty and has no down pressure on it). Tightened up the bolts and all was well again...!
