Looking for the trailer.... hitch
I remember manxman made a topic about hitches, and the different sites selling them. I can't find them at this time, and can I ask anyone for help? Hope I can get one ordered, and find someone to help me connect/install the air shocks... prepping for my summer road trip to New York.

I just purchased a hitch from etrailer.com for carrying my mountain bike. It is a bolt-on hitch that is listed as 40 mins install time...but I'm sure longer since I'm only a little handy. There is even a video to show a quick install.

Alright, buy a trailer hitch then install the new air shocks in place of the stock shock. Make sure the new shocks are oriented so the bladder of the air shock points toward the bottom of the shock. Don't forget to test your trailer first.

Are you trying to tow something? Just be careful on steep downhill grades if it is your first time.
I had issues with the "aftermarket" (ie new old-stock air suspension) wiggling around in the bottom brackets. Make sure they fit tight. Maybe you will have better luck then I did.
etrailer is fine for the hitch. Everyone sells the same steel design. I got mine from them and use it for a bike rack. I will say this: measure the mounting bracket holes on the hitch (lateral center to center) before attempting an installation. The holes should be the same measurement across on both the front set and the back set, as they mount to two parallel chassy rails. My first hitch came bent and I spent a lot of time and energy on it by assuming that I was missing something. Finally, I called etrailer and sent pictures (the shot with the bolt hanging fully 1/2" away from the hole cinched it) and they told me it was damaged and they would send another. So, in short, the two parallel arms of the hitch should measure as parallel (using the bolt holes).

I got the information, and already did the move. Step grades were relatively easy... down shifted, and made sure i Had enough gas to make the move.
My MPG dropped to 12~17, and speed was limited to about 70mph.
I did my move to San Antonio Texas, and it was a blast!
