I think you can take your car to a services center and check if it can been done. they should surely help you to get rid of this.

whenever it rains... my car smells like pee or shit. Or wet dog ionno... no animal has step foot in my car. I noticed it's the damn carpet whenever my wet shoes steps on it. I think it's best to invest on all weather carpet... or air sanitizer lol. I have this both.

Might want to shampoo your seats could smell like shit from a sweaty butt crack. I bought my fit used and the car smelled of stale duck butter got the interior shampooed and the smell went away

From previous experience in another car, I turned on the heater, max blast, max heat setting then sprayed lysol on the air intake at the cowling (by the wipers) and let the car run for a while. The moldy smell comes from the use of AC. The dampness that doesn't dry up leaves the moldy smell the next time the AC is turned on. Worked for me...
