What kind of light bulb are you running?

It may be a bad connection.

I'm running cheap LEDs from china and they'll do that after 6 months.
I just order another set.

I have a 2007 and yeah mine do that...and the head lights...and the dome light....

It's "Normal"

Is it a fast flicker or like flashing every second?

*edit* Things to note: When running the A/C or Radio or when using the wipers or even power windows the Voltage will dip and the headlamps will noticeably dim but should return to a "normal" brightness. On mine (and maybe your's) the vehicle lights will quickly flicker (dimming and brightening)

In the first video you can clearly see the dome light flickering at a certain rate. The same rate all the other lights flicker at.
In the second video you can see the rear taillights and the license plate lights flickering for a moment (before the car apparently corrects itself.)

not sure if this helps...
