Fellow fit freaks. Question about lowering

I am a new member here. Own an 08 fit sport. Good to meet you all. All stock for now. Wanted to know what you all used to lower your fits. That's my first step into mods. TIA!

Is all the maintenance up to date on the car? Valve adjustment, brake fluid, coolant, oil, transmission fluid all done within recent spec? Just because the maintenance minder doesn't say its time, doesn't mean when it did that the reminder wasn't completely ignored.
Just saying, if those things are questionable they are more important than spending money on lowering the car.
I know, not nearly as cool as a lowered Fit.

Yeah all of that is up to date, I took care of it all as soon as I got the fit, since I work at advance auto its easier for me to keep that well maintained.

Alot of people use springs but they aren't super comfy. I would recommend coilovers. The good ones are expensive. but well worth it. You can lower the car, be more stable and have a lot of fun, as well as be comfy. Or you can go all out and bag it. lol

Yeah I actually just bought a set of Megan coilovers lol, figures I'd do it the right way

Nice dude. I have Megan's as well. But I have a GE8 not a GD3 but I love my megans such a good ride. and When i'm cornering it feels like im in a go kart. Do be careful though. Not long after I put mine on I was having a bit of fun in the mountains and a deer jumped in front of me. I didn't hit the deer but i did slam into the side of the mountain... Stupid mountain getting in my way.

Well I don't really have mountains around here but I will keep an eye out for Deers LOL
