I wonder if this affects any of the Fits released in the US?

I didn't see the FIT in the list.

If your Fit came equipped with a Honda V6 engine then yes it will be part of the recall.....

well considering it was for 2005 model cars I doubt it. And it only affect 8.5 percernt of the cars Honda sold that year. Racalls happen in any mass produced mechanical device.

no this has no effect on the Fit. saw this on the news the other day. its mainly the V6 and bigger hybrid motors that were affected.
