Quick Gas Tank question

Many Gallons does the Fit gas tank hold? Trying to figure out my MSRP.
Thanks!

Couldn't you just look at your invoice sticker?

I believe its 10.8 gallons. Not a very big tank.

So the OP is confusing MSRP with MPG?

To figure out MPG you dont need to know your overall tank size. It's not like you drive your car until it is totally empty anyways.

haha speak for yourself the first time i ever needed to find out my mpg i filled up that car reset the trip meter and drove it till the gas light came on then i drove it another 40 miles and got gas lol who says you dont drive it till its empty

ps i would never ever recomend this lol it can cause corosion in your tank but if you do it on a new car once or twise youll be fine on an older car you can suck up the deposits in the tank and slowly start to mess up your injectors

MPG test

Am I missing something here? To check your MPG, you top off the tank, reset the trip meter, drive normally until you are in need of a fill-up, then top it off again. Divide number of miles driven, by number of gallons used.
Mine is usually about 32 to 33 so far, but I am still on break-in oil.

(And your MSRP is around $15,000)

Here is what I have 10.8 gallon tank X 2,500 miles on the od -12,000 for no reason at all = msrp

10.8X2,500-12,000 = 15,00 msrp OMG its magic
